HOMEOTECH successfully completed 11 monitoring programmes for species (flora, invertebrates, mammals, fish, reptiles and amphibians) and habitat types in 9 Greek Management Bodies in the period 2012 – 2015.
Also, the company successfully carried out the coordination and technical management of the Study «Monitoring and Evaluation of the conservation status of Community Interest bird species in Greece» in the period 4/2014 – 12/2015, for 162 Special Protected Areas (SPAs) for birds.
Specifically, the company was the sole contractor (100%) of the following contracts:
- Monitoring and Evaluation of the conservation status of Community Interest flora species in the Management Body’s area of the Koronia and Volvi lakes
- Evaluation of the conservation status of habitat types of the Ainos National Park
- Evaluation of the conservation status of specific bird species within SPAs of the Management Body of the Ainos National Park, implementing EU Directive 79/409
- Monitoring and Evaluation of the Conservation status of Community Interest habitats in the Management Body’s area of the Axios – Aliakmonas – Loudias National Park
- Monitoring and Evaluation of the conservation status of Community Interest invertebrates in the Management Body’s area of the National Park of Rodopi Mountain Range
It was also the contractor (as a partnership member) of the following contracts:
- Monitoring and Evaluation of the conservation status of Community Interest bird species in the Management Body’s area of the Messologhi Lagoon (90%).
- Invertebrates Monitoring Project in the area of the National Park of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace (46%).
- Monitoring and Evaluation of the conservation status of Community Interest invertebrate species in the Management Body’s area of the Olympus National Park (46%).
- Monitoring and Evaluation of the conservation status of Community Interest mammal species in the Management Body’s area of the Olympus National Park (46%).
- Monitoring of Bird species in the Management Body’s area of Pamvotis Lake (46%).
- Inventory and Monitoring of the habitat types and species of Flora and Fauna of Directives 92/43 and 79/409 in the Dadia-Lefkimi-Soufli National Park (46%).
